Privacy Policy
444LIVE's legal pages are available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
The short version
444LIVE software runs on your Mac. Your sessions, audio, marker names and output files stay on your computer. We never receive them.
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

The Software
The Software contains no analytics or telemetry and does not upload your project data. It talks only to your DAW on the same computer: Pro Tools through Avid's local scripting interface, and Ableton Live through the MCP 444LIVE control surface on your Mac.
When you activate a license, the Software sends your license key and a label for your computer to our payment partner to confirm the license is valid. This is used only to apply the one-license-per-Mac rule.
This website
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
If you choose a language, that choice is saved in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
Purchases
Orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment details; we never see your full card number. We receive your name, email address, country and order and license details.
Support email
When you email us, we receive your email address and your message. Mail to our addresses is forwarded to our mailbox by Cloudflare.
How we use information
We use this information only to deliver the Software, manage licenses, answer your questions, meet tax and legal obligations and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers named above, Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy, or when the law requires it. These providers may process information outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as your license is active and as long as tax law requires. We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@444livestudio.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our products are for professionals and are not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
